The urban living room is a place where people can socialize, and the public space of the city belongs to people. We are very interested in how we can better engage the community in our buildings. By introducing the concept of an urban living room, we bring urban dwellers into our site. Interspersed ramps, roof gardens, carefully-designed facades, and the comfort brought by suitable materials are all important operations for us to create “internal” urban public spaces.
